Caroline and Alan Reeves welcome you to their comfortable Exmoor Guest House in Lynton, North Devon. Longmead Guest House is a beautiful old Victorian home with plenty of free parking, picturesque gardens and ensuite rooms.

Situated towards the edge of Lynton, Longmead house is ideally placed for access to the Valley of Rocks, the South West Coast Path and Lynmouth via the Cliff Railway.

There are fabulous walks around Lynton and Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor direct from our front door, whilst Lynton’s cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes stroll away.

Facilities

Longmead House opens from early spring until late autumn.  Each season shows Exmoor in a different light - the spring flowers and autumn colours being especially popular, making the many walks from our front door truly spectacular.

Maps and guide books OS of Exmoor are available to borrow, and if you need to dry your boots after a long days walk then we can help there too. Our comfortable licensed guest lounge is an ideal place to relax in the evening.
