This large light room on the First floor is front facing with views of Hollerday Hill opposite. It has a metal framed king size bed with memory foam mattress for a deep comfortable and very restful nights sleep. The en-suite has a bath and shower which you can soak in, using the complimentary toiletries after your day exploring the surrounding countryside. There is also an arm chair for you to relax in, whilst you have a hot drink at the beginning or end of the day. This room has original Victorian features such as sash windows, and a tiled fireplace and is tastefully decorated in keeping with the style of the house. Guests can view the window boxes with plants that flower at different times of the year. It shares an interconnecting lockable door with Room 4 so is ideal for families.

Comfortable, pleasant stay
Ideally situated and comfortable B&B with some nice welcoming touches such as home-baked chocolate fudge cake. I had an en-suite room and the bed was very comfy. And with a day of walking ahead, the cooked breakfast was delicious and just what I needed. Pleasant host too, thank you.

Perfect place for a short break for fans of the North Devon. Small rooms but very well organised, very clean, with comfortable beds, lots of hungers and shelves in right spots, good lights, functional bathroom with window to air and that complementary cake...! Oh! :) Massive breakfast with a lot of choice, milk and fresh water available all day plus friendly owners of this charming hotel - we would recommend this place and visit again :)
Our stay at Longmead House, Lynton
We very much enjoyed our stay at Longmead House. The very generous breakfast was particularly memorable/ enjoyable and energised us for the activities of the day!The house was well located within walking distance of many of the local attractions and The hosts were very friendly and helpful with their suggestions on local restaurants/ walks etc and we would be very happy to return when we are next in the area
